Deine Ziele
Land & Expand: Dein Ziel ist es, unser Produkt bei neuen Großkunden zu platzieren und damit die optimale Basis für den langfristigen Ausbau der Accounts zu legen. Dafür etablierst du tiefgreifende Beziehungen mit wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern auf VP- und C-Level Ebene. Kenne den Markt und unser Produkt: Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für unser Angebot im Bereich Flottenmanagement, wodurch du flexibel und professionell auf Anliegen der Geschäftskund:innen reagieren kannst und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen findest. Steuere den gesamten Sales Zyklus: Du bist verantwortlich für die Akquise, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Enterprise Accounts. Dabei identifizierst du neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und förderst das Wachstum durch Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Strategien. Definiere Sales Strategien für die Enterprise Unit und setze sie in die Tat um: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Business Development Team skalierbare Sales und Aftersales Prozesse und gestaltest als unser erster Account Executive im Team das Sales Playbook. Sammle Kundenanforderungen: Du bist in stetigem Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen, sammelst Feedback und identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale, um unser Produkt kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. So stellst du sicher, dass wir Marktchancen optimal nutzen, Prozesse verbessern und unsere Kundenzufriedenheit kontinuierlich steigern.
Dein Profil
Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines (Bachelor-)Studiums oder gleichwertige Erfahrung. Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus dem B2B Vertrieb bzw. Account Management mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz im Verkauf komplexer Unternehmenslösungen und der Koordination vieler Stakeholder. Du zeigst Bias for Action und hast Lust, unsere Enterprise Sales Unit maßgeblich mitzuentwickeln. Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und überzeugst auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen durch deine exzellenten Argumentations- und Networking-Fähigkeiten. Du hast Erfahrung in der Nutzung von HubSpot oder anderen CRM-Tools. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und souverän Englisch. Interesse geweckt?
