Dein Spielfeld

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für kleine bis mittelgroße digitale Projekte für unsere Kund:innen aus verschiedenen Branchen wie Sport, Fashion, FMCG, Telekommunikation und Versicherungen.
  • Du steuerst alle Prozesse deiner agilen Projekte von der Konzeption, über das Design und die technische Umsetzung bis hin zum Livegang und darüber hinaus.
  • Du koordinierst das interdisziplinäre Team, planst das Projektvorgehen und die Ressourcen.
  • Du steuerst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Projekt-Team und den Kund:innen die Erwartungen, nimmst Anforderungen auf und priorisierst diese.
  • Du stimmst dich mit dem Key Account Management und deiner Business Direktion zu Budget- und Fortschrittsfragen ab.
  • Du führst regelmäßiges Projekt-Controlling durch, um Budgets und Leistungsfortschritte aktiv zu überwachen.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass die Timings und die Qualität deiner Projekte stets eingehalten werden.

Deine Skills

  • Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Management von digitalen Projekten (Web- oder App-Kontext), Agenturerfahrung ist wünschenswert. 
  • Du arbeitest gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und hast Freude daran, Verantwortung für die Projektsteuerung und -planung zu übernehmen.
  • Du zählst Proaktivität, Verlässlichkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zu deinen Stärken.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast keine Scheu auch unbequeme Themen zu kommunizieren.  
  • Du kennst bereits agile Arbeitsweisen und Prozesse und bist motiviert, deine Fähigkeiten in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln. 
  • Du interessierst dich für digitale Themen und zeigst eine Affinität für technologisch komplexe Projekte. 
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über ein Basisverständnis unserer Tools wie JIRA, Confluence und der gängigen Microsoft Programme wie Outlook, Word und Excel.  
  • Du sprichst fließend und verhandlungssicher deutsch.
