Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung unserer Digital Marketing Projekte
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kundenprojekte, Kampagnen und das interdisziplinäre Team
  • Du erstellst Kalkulationen, Präsentationen, Projekt-Timings und Angebote
  • Du übernimmst die Steuerung im magischen PM-Dreieck „Budget, Time and Quality“
  • Du behältst die Marketing-Ziele für unsere Kunden im Blick
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Terminen, Präsentationen, Reportings und Workshops
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Steuerung (agiler) digitaler Projekte mit
  • Du bringt ein gutes Verständnis für Digital Marketing Themen mit wie bspw. Performance Marketing, SEO, SEA, Marketing Automation
  • Idealerweise konntest du schon Erfahrungen in Kundenpräsentationen und im Pitchumfeld sammeln
  • Der Blick für das große Ganze und Liebe zum Detail sind für dich kein Widerspruch sein
  • Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Office 365 beherrschst du sicher
  • Du besitzt eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles und sicheres Auftreten
Bewerbungsprozess:

Unser Bewerbungsprozess beinhaltet in der Regel zwei Schritte:

  1. Im ersten Schritt erfolgt ein digitales Kennenlernen, das ungefähr 45 Minuten dauert.
  2. Im zweiten Schritt findet ein persönliches Vorstellungsgespräch vor Ort statt, das etwa eine Stunde dauert. Bei diesem Gespräch hast du normalerweise auch die Möglichkeit, die Agentur und/oder das Team kurz kennenzulernen. Es kann natürlich vorkommen, dass ein persönliches Zweitgespräch nicht möglich ist. In diesem Fall findet auch das Zweitgespräch digital statt. Je nach Bereich kann es auch sinnvoll sein, im zweiten Schritt einen Probetag einzulegen, um zu prüfen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
