AufgabenDu wirst in der wahrscheinlich spannendsten Zeit seit Erfindung des Automobils an der Digitalisierung dieser Branche mitwirken.
- Als People Lead (m/w/d) Softwareentwicklung führst du Menschen, die in mehreren agilen Teams mit unterschiedlichen Technologie-Stacks maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden konzeptionieren, entwickeln, testen und ausrollen.
- Du förderst die Teammitglieder in ihrer persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und unterstützt sie bei Entscheidungs- und Veränderungsprozessen sowie bei Problemlösungen
- Du hilfst bei der Talentsuche im Softwarebereich sowie beim Onboarding mit
- Du förderst den Gemeinschaftssinn und teamübergreifenden Austausch. Du motivierst zur Mitgestaltung und unterstützt bei der Kommunikation von Unternehmensinformationen und Managemententscheidungen.
- Du hilfst bei der Talentsuche im Softwarebereich sowie beim Onboarding.
Wir arbeiten agil in verteilten Teams, praktizieren remote work und pflegen eine offene Kommunikationskultur.
Qualifikation- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik, alternativ langjährige Berufspraxis in der Softwareentwicklung
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse der angewendeten Methoden und vorherrschenden Arbeitsumgebungen im Softwareentwicklungsbereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen sowie englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Empathie sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
