As the Senior Brand Manager Biologic Launch Lead, you are responsible for developing and executing the launch plan related to Galderma’s first biologic launch. This is a unique opportunity to launch a promising indication and to be part of a fast-growing company. 

You will report into the Business Unit Head of Rx and will be responsible for the successful launch of Nemolizumab. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership: Lead the execution of Nemolizumab's German launch strategy, with a strong emphasis on an efficient execution of the launch plan. Collaborative Coordination: Foster effective teamwork among cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies. Execution Oversight: Take charge of overseeing the implementation of launch activities, closely monitoring progress, and proactively making adjustments to optimize the strategy. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture key relationships, spearhead commercial initiatives, and work closely with the medical team on engaging key opinion leaders. Market Intelligence: Analyze data and insights to inform the launch strategy, ensuring that Nemolizumab stands out in the market. Budget Management Excellence: Collaborate internally to effectively allocate resources, closely manage the launch budget, and ensure that every action aligns with the financial plan.

Skills & Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in a science discipline or a related field or any equivalence by experience is desired. A first experience in biologics/immunology/JAK inhibitor is preferable Experience as a brand manager in a pharma, biotech, or consultancy company having worked for pharma/biotech. Having experience launching products is an additional plus
