Medical Affairs Professional (m/w/d) Gastroenterologie

Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?

Fungiert als funktionsübergreifende Schnittstelle zur Unterstützung der Durchführung medizinischer und/oder funktionsübergreifender Projekte durch das Team Unterstützung und Vorbereitung von Produkteinführungen sowie Indikationserweiterungen bereits zugelassener Produkte im Bereich Gastroenterologie (chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen) Entwicklung und Umsetzung der strategischen und operativen Planung im Indikationsgebiet Verantwortlichkeit für TLMap-Planung und Nachverfolgung basierend auf adäquaten Metriken Unterjährige Budgetkontrolle und aktives Management etwaiger Abweichungen vom Plan Prozesskontrolle zur fristgerechten und vorschriftsmäßigen Durchführung von Projekten des Teams und Erarbeiten von Vorschlägen zur Prozessoptimierung Planung und Unterstützung von internen & externen Meetings und Veranstaltungen (z.B. Advisory Boards, Symposien, SEMs, etc.) Unterstützung der Datenanalyse und der Entwicklung von Präsentationen und Veröffentlichungen (Abstracts, Poster, Manuskripte) Zusammenführen von strategisch relevanten Informationen zu Wettbewerbern und Trends in Diagnostik & Therapie aus internen und externen Quellen und Nutzbarmachung für das Team Effektive Kommunikation und Weitergabe von Wissen über das klinische Umfeld sowie relevante medizinische und wissenschaftliche Informationen Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, um die Kundenbindung durch digitale Innovation zu verbessern Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung (lokale Materialien) und/oder Überprüfung (globale/regionale Materialien) von Werbematerialien

Wie überzeugst du uns?

Abgeschlossenes medizinisch oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (PhD, MD, PharmD), mindestens jedoch Bachelor’s degree (RN, PA, NP) mit gesundheitswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung Erfahrung in klinischer Forschung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Immunologie/Gastroenterologie sind ein Plus Exzellente Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung im Führen von Projektteams Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Eigenschaften Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb cross-funktionaler Teams Analytisches Denkvermögen und Business Acumen Hohe Belastbarkeit – behält auch in stressigen Situationen jederzeit den Überblick. Fähigkeit, umfangreiche und komplexe Aufgaben zu bewältigen und selbständig Prioritäten zu setzen Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Erfahrungen bei der Publikation wissenschaftlicher Ergebnisse in nationalen und internationalen Fachzeitschriften und auf Kongressen Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Werkzeugen - Erfahrungen bei der Nutzung digitaler Diagnose- und Therapieplattformen sind ein Plus
