As a Junior Manager in our Loyalty & Engagement team, you will play an integral role in the planning and execution of promotions for our loyalty program. This role will provide hands-on experience with customer engagement strategies, campaign implementation and program analysis, setting a strong foundation for a career in D2C loyalty marketing and customer relationship management.

Area of Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor loyalty program promotions Coordinate promotional activities across multiple customer segments, ensuring alignment with our program goals Support the development of consumer insights by analyzing customer engagement, consumer feedback and promotion performance data Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Frontend and CRM Analytics to enhance customer experience and optimize loyalty touchpoints Contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies that foster consumer experiences and loyalty


Profile of Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CRM, Business Administration, or a related field Foundational understanding of customer loyalty programs, CRM, and consumer engagement Proven interest in consumer insights and data-driven methodologies Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in English and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to work Previous experience in related areas is an advantage, though not mandatory
