- und Couponing-Plattformen im Konzern.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- End-to-End Verantwortung für den gesamten Hiring-Prozess inkl. Ausarbeitung der Sourcing-Strategie gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich
- Ownership für deine Hiring-Projekte: Beratung und Betreuung der Hiring Manager bei der Gewinnung von Talenten und personalrelevanten Themen
- Einsatz relevanter KPIs für die Steuerung der Prozesse und bspw. für die Wahl der richtigen Suchkanäle
- Implementierung innovativer und nachhaltiger Employer Branding und Hiring Maßnahmen z.B. Video Einsatz, Social Media etc.
- Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Leidenschaft für und mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
- Ein sicheres Auftreten & Standing sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Problemstellungen auf das Wesentliche zu abstrahieren
- Erfahrung im Active Sourcing sowie Spaß und Interesse für neue Technologien zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist empathisch, ambitioniert und bringst eine Sales-Mentalität mit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse (z.B. in Interviews)
