Key responsibilities   Identify new business opportunities in target accounts Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders Understand the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies Work effectively with cross functional partners e.g. Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations & HR (Recruiting) Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors The skills & experience we look for   At least 2 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence Exceptional communication skills Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients Upper intermediate-level English (min.
