Durchführung von Performanceanalysen für Warengruppen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz. Aktive Mitwirkung an der Sortimentsentwicklung und Erstellung von Erfolgsprognosen für neue Produkte. Verantwortlich für die Regalplanung und Durchführung von Analysen zu Marktkonzepten. Durchführung von Kundenanalysen sowie Aufarbeitung und Interpretation von Marktforschungsstudien. Datenmanagement und regelmäßige Erstellung von Berichten zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensentscheidungen.Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliche Qualifikation. Abgeschlossener GS-1 Lehrgang im Bereich Category Management (stationär) Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich Category Management oder vergleichbarer Position. Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der gängigen Tools von AC Nielsen (Nielsen Answer bzw. Nielsen IQ) und GFK (SimIT) Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP (oder ähnliche Anwendungen) Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung. Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen und diese erfolgreich umzusetzen. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
