Category Growth Manager

Flink is seeking a seasoned Senior Category Manager to drive growth and profitability in our fresh food categories. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and margin growth in fresh food categories.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Analyze category performance data to inform decision-making and optimize category strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- 4+ years of experience in category management or a related field, preferably in the food industry.
- Bachelor's degree in economics or management.
- Proven track record of driving sales and margin growth in category management roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
