Als Analyst (m/w/d) im Microsoft Team – Operational Services unterstützen Sie die IT-Abteilungen unserer Kunden mit Ihrem Fachwissen. Gemeinsam mit weiteren Kollegen, Teams und Fachbereichen arbeiten Sie an zukunftsweisenden Lösungen. Dabei verrichten Sie eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeiten in einem durch Vertrauen geprägten Umfeld und bieten unseren Kunden einen erstklassigen Service.Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes und Service-Requests2nd- und 3rd-Level-TroubleshootingPlanung und Dokumentation von SystemänderungenUpdate und Betrieb von Microsoft SentinelAnalyse von möglichen Risiken und SicherheitsbedrohungenAnpassung und Erstellung von Datenabfragen beim Kunden

Abgeschlossene IT-orientierte Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, Anwendungsentwicklung, Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) o. Ä. oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software-EngineeringKenntnisse in einem der folgenden Themenbereiche: Azure Infrastructure sowie Azure Monitor, Log Analytics WorkspaceErfahrungen mit Microsoft Sentinel oder Microsoft DefenderSicherer Umgang mit der Abfragesprache KQLGanzheitliches Verständnis von IT-SecurityZertifizierungen im Bereich Azure (AZ-104, AZ-500, SC-200…) sind von Vorteil.
