Ihre Rolle

In der Rolle des/der ‚Head of Global Procurement Investment Goods & Lens Sourcing‘ werden Sie die globale Verantwortung für die strategische Beschaffung von Investmentgüter für das Produktionsnetzwerk der Vision Care als auch der strategischen Beschaffung von Lens Substraten übernehmen. Hierzu gehört die Koordination und Führung der zugehörigen strategischen Einkaufsorganisation. Zudem werden Sie das Beziehungsmanagement zu den Schlüssellieferanten federführend übernehmen.

Außerdem werden Sie:

die Weiterentwicklung der globalen strategischen Einkaufsaktivitäten inkl. Definition eines klassifizierten Lieferantenportfolios in Abstimmung mit den Anforderungen der internen Stakeholder verantworten

Beschaffungsmärkte analysieren, Key Supplier managen, für Ausschreibungen und die Organisation von Pitches verantwortlich sein sowie die Ergebnisse managementtauglich aufbereiten und kommunizieren

Analysen zu Chancen, Risiken und die aktuelle und zukünftige Materialversorgung hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit, Technologie, Qualität und Kosten definieren und umsetzen

die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten inklusive Vertragsabschlüsse umsetzen

nicht zuletzt obliegen Ihnen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und -qualifizierung unserer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Ihrem Bereich mit allen dazugehörenden Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen, technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich

Berufserfahrung im globalen strategischen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management und/oder Projekt- bzw. Produktmanagement. Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert

Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit ermöglichen es Ihnen, auf Augenhöhe mit Personen unterschiedlicher Hierarchieebenen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu kommunizieren

eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität und das Bewusstsein als Einkäufer/in in einer hochgradigen Schnittstellenorganisation zu arbeiten

Führungsstärke, Empathie, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenzen

verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
