The Role
You will be responsible for:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and systems on a global scale Manage and coordinate the IT team spread across Finland, the UK and Germany, ensuring efficient collaboration and high performance Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives and growth initiatives Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems and networks, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and priorities, and provide strategic guidance and support Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service delivery meets expectations Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
About You
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in a leadership role in the field of IT Strong technical and managerial expertise in IT operations, infrastructure management, IT project management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strategic thinker with a track record of driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives within budget and timeline constraints Fluency in English; additional language skills (Finnish or German) considered a plus
