Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n "Head of Facility Management" (m/w/d).

Als **Head of Facility Management **übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines leistungsstarken Teams und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner im Unternehmen für alle Facility Themen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Optimierung und Wartung der technischen Infrastruktur und Gebäudeausrüstung unseres Mandanten. Die zu betreuenden Objekte umfassen eine hochautomatisierte Fertigung sowie ein Produktionslager und Verwaltungsgebäude.

**Dies beinhaltet folgende Aufgaben**
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines dreiköpfigen Teams
- Planung, Vergabe und Steuerung von Gewerken u.a. Instandsetzung, Umbau-/ Neubaumaßnahmen, Gebäudesicherheit etc.
- Leitung und Mitarbeit an FM-Projekten, insbesondere Bauprojekte
- Erstellung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Wartungsplänen
- (Weiter-)Entwicklung des Notfallplans und erste Kontaktperson bei Zwischenfällen
- Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen und technische Beratung bei Maschinenauslegung unter FM-Aspekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HSE hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsanweisungen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Begleitung des jährlichen TÜV Audits und Maßnahmentracking
- Erstellung eines monatlichen Reportings und Berichterstattung ans HQ

**Dafür werden folgende Qualifikationen benötigt**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Gebäudetechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger fachbezogener Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder Bauwesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management und anwendungsorientierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- (Erste) Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld und Anschluss von Maschinen
- Kenntnisse in der Versorgungstechnik
- Kenntnisse des Lean Management wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Lösungsorientierte, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
