Die ENOVA Power GmbH entwickelt, realisiert und betreut seit 1989 Windparks in Deutschland. In unseren drei Geschäftsfeldern haben wir uns breit aufgestellt und decken mit unseren Leistungen das gesamte Spektrum rund um das Thema Windenergie ab. Aufgaben- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für die fachübergreifende Steuerung von Windenergieprojekten
- Du erarbeitest Projektkonzepte zur Steuerung von internen und externen Dienstleistern
- Du verantwortest das Projektbudget sowie die Sicherstellung eines transparenten und regelmäßigen Berichtswesens
- Du bewertest und entwickelst deutschlandweite Windenergieprojekte
- Du verantwortest die Organisation und Durchführung von Terminen und Veranstaltungen vor Ort
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich des Ingenieurwesens, der Stadt- und Regionalplanung, der Umweltplanung bzw. -wissenschaften, Landschaftsplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Du weist eine hohe Kompetenz im Bereich des Projektmanagements auf.
- Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation sowie Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
- Dich zeichnen Kreativität und Ergebnisorientierung bei der Lösungsfindung von komplexen Problemstellungen aus
- Du bist teamfähig, hast ein sicheres Auftreten und eine hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft
- Engagiertes, junges und familiäres Team mit einem „Open-Mindset“ die Transformation der erneuerbaren Energien energisch und schnell umzusetzen
- Arbeiten in einem zukunfts- und chancenreichen Marktumfeld
- Bei uns gestaltest du aktiv mit, übernimmst vom ersten Tag verantwortungsvolle Themen, profitierst von flachen Hierarchien und einem engen Austausch mit deinen Kollegen und dem Management

entwickelt das Familienunternehmen Windparks, investiert in Alt-Anlagen und
verantwortet als unabhängiger Spezialist für Enercon-Anlagen die Wartung und
Instandhaltung hunderter Windenergieanlagen deutschlandweit. Zurzeit versorgt
ENOVA 600.000 Haushalte mit grünem Strom und hat seit 1989 rund 2.000 MW an Windenergie-Genehmigungen
erhalten. Bis 2026 sollen 600 Millionen Euro in deutsche Windenergie-Projekte
investiert werden.
