Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement of accounting practices and financial reporting procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's buy and build strategy.
• Define and implement KPIs to measure the company's financial performance, operational effectiveness, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute financial strategies and plans to support business growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Serve as a primary liaison for investor relations activities, including communicating financial performance, strategy updates, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Experience working in a private equity-backed environment and familiarity with buy and build strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on approach, with a commitment to driving results, solving complex problems, and leading change initiatives.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tools/software.
