Gastgeber*innenmentalität und das Schaffen von begeisternden Erlebnissen sind gefragt, deshalb ist uns deine Präsenz am Standort in Biberach besonders wichtig Zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehört die Abwicklung des kompletten Prozesses von der Auftragsklärung über das Einladungsmanagement bis zur Evaluation und Faktura unserer Qualifizierungs-Angebote Zusammen mit einem dynamischen Team entwickelst du Wachstums-Strategien und setzt diese pragmatisch vor Ort um Darüber hinaus bist du der/die Kommunikations- und Event-Expert*in und hast Freude an Content-Erstellung (Text und Bild) und der Planung von z.B. Events bzw. Messen zur Vernetzung, die auf die Wachstumsstrategie der Netztechnischen Trainings einzahlen Die Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projekten rundet deinen Aufgabenbereich ab Überzeugendes Profil Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine entsprechende Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. Fachwirt*in oder Betriebswirt*in) mit und hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Veranstaltungs- bzw. Bildungsbereich gesammelt Ebenso bist du ein echtes Organisationstalent und behältst stets einen „kühlen Kopf“ – selbst, wenn viele Bälle in der Luft sind. Ein sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Offenheit für die Nutzung neuer digitaler Anwendungen ist für dich selbstverständlich Es bereitet dir Freude kund*innenzentriert zu kommunizieren, Prozesse zu gestalten und Netzwerke aufzubauen Ein ausgeprägtes serviceorientiertes, digitales und agiles Mindset verbunden mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und deiner Fähigkeit andere damit abzuholen und zu begeistern zeichnet dich aus Du hast einen Führerschein und gelegentliche Geschäftsreisen beispielsweise für eine Messe siehst du als Netzwerkplattform Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und überzeugst mit deinem diplomatischen Geschick und deiner Empathie
