Ihre Aufgaben

Entwickeln einer starken Produktvision die intern, auf dem Markt und in den Vertriebskanälen klar und effektiv kommuniziert wird Technisches und kaufmännisches Produktdesign bzw. -entwicklung von Produkten für unsere Geschäftskunden Verfassen klarer und vollständiger Produkt- und Service-Anforderungen, die das gesamte ideale Kundenerlebnis beschreiben Unterstützen und Entwickeln von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Customer Experience im Rahmen des Product Lifecycle Managements Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und -analyse sowie Ableitung von Handlungsbedarf und Vorschlägen für das Product Management Erstellen von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung Mitarbeiten an der Vermarktungsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und dem Produkt-Marketing Durchführen von Produktpräsentationen und -schulungen innerhalb des Unternehmens Erstellen von Produktunterlagen (insbesondere Leistungsbeschreibungen, Dokumentationen und Verkaufsunterlagen) Aktives Gestalten der Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachabteilungen (Vertrieb, Marketing, Technik, IT, Controlling) sowie externen Partnern

Das wünschen wir uns

Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, z.B. BWL, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieur-/Technikwissenschaften Berufserfahrung in der Telekommunikations-, Carrier oder IT-Branche Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement, Business Development oder im Consulting, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Telekommunikation Kenntnisse aus einem der Bereiche Mobilfunk, Vernetzung (MPLS, Ethernet SD WAN), Internet/VoIP (SIP-Trunking) Technologische Kenntnisse in den Themen Glasfaser (FTTH, AON, GPON, XGS-PON), DSL oder 5G Lösungsorientierte und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsstärke Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke auf Managementebene Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
