Über uns

Der Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie unter der Leitung von Prof.Dr. Klaus Bengler forscht und lehrt mit ca. 35 Mitarbeitenden im Department ofMechanical Engineering an der School of Engineering and Design (SoED) derTechnischen Universität München (TUM) in Garching zur Gestaltung und Bewertungvon Mensch-Maschine-Interaktionen und zur Auslegung von Produkten undArbeitsplätzen. Im Zentrum der Forschungsgruppe „Robotics for Life &Healthcare“ steht die wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit Technologien wieRobotik, digitalen Assistenzsystemen und künstlicher Intelligenz, um dasselbstbestimmte Leben der Zukunft zu gestalten und verbessern zu können. Dabeikönnen technische Lösungen alles beinhalten, was den Menschen in alltäglichenDingen unterstützt, wie etwa robotische Systeme im Haushalt, technischeLösungen zur besseren medizinischen Versorgung bis hin zu Assistenzsystemen beider professionellen Pflege und der Pflege durch Angehörige.

Anforderung

Sie interessieren sich für Fragestellungen im BereichHealth und Care und begeistern sich unter anderem für Themen wie: digitale Assistenzsysteme,Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion (HMI) sowie konstruktive Arbeitsplatz- undProduktgestaltung (u.a. auch CAD). An der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinärenTeam und der Erforschung komplexer Fragestellungen haben Sie Freude. Sie habenbereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der Medizintechnik sowie der Datenerhebung und-analyse gesammelt. Sie arbeiten gerne mit Studierenden zusammen und wollenneue Lehrformate in die Lehre integrieren. Sie arbeiten gerneeigenverantwortlich und wollen und können neue Ideen vorantreiben. Einüberdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium sowiePromotion in einer der Fachrichtungen Medizintechnik, Maschinenbau,Mechatronik, Robotik, Human Factors Engineering, Informatik oder einerähnlichen Fachrichtung Kenntnisseim Bereich der Robotik FundierteKenntnisse in Python und/oder Matlab sowie in CAD-Applikationen (z.B. CATIA V5)und bestenfalls Erfahrung mit digitalen Menschmodellen (z.B. RAMSIS oderAnybody) Kenntnisseim Studiendesign und Erfahrung mit Probandenstudien Erfahrungin der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams Sehrgute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Lehrerfahrung

Aufgaben

Innerhalb Ihrer Tätigkeit in der Forschungsgruppe werdenSie unterschiedliche Aufgaben übernehmen, diese beinhalten u.A. Folgendes:

Leitungund Durchführung diverser Industrie- und öffentlich geförderter Projekte mitSchwerpunkt auf Verbesserung der Pflege und der ergonomischen Produktauslegungvon Medizinprodukten Entwicklung neuer Forschungsideen und Beantragungvon öffentlich geförderten Projektdrittmitteln in Bereich Life & Healthcare Lehrtätigkeiten im Rahmen vonLehrveranstaltungen, Studien- und Masterarbeiten
