- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Verfahren und Arbeitsabläufen auf der Baustelle
- Koordinierung von Bauarbeiten und Subunternehmern
- Koordinierung und Überprüfung des Baufortschritts
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von EHS-Vorschriften
- Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Messungen vor Ort
- Teilnahme an täglichen Koordinations- und Toolbox-Meetings
- Teilnahme an Baustellenbegehungen und Abnahmeprüfungen
- Mängelerfassung und -verfolgung
- Einschlägige Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Bereich/Gewerk Elektrik
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung bei Investitionsprojekten
- Gute Kenntnisse der Baugesetze, örtlichen Vorschriften und Normen
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu Reisen und längerem Aufenthalt auf der Baustelle
- Selbstständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2) in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit teilweise ausschließlich deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter:innen und Behörden
