Key Responsibilities:

Workwear Category


• Build understanding behind the Workwear business and collaborate with the regional Marketing & Sales leads to develop strong Workwear Marketing plans in alignment with the global strategy
• Represent the Marketing needs of the Continental European region at large through active collaboration with the global Workwear organization
• Identify and establish relevant partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, ambassadors and influencers that can strengthen the Workwear brand in the region.
• Manage key regional brand partnerships & leverage them for asset generation & story-telling through earned media & owned channels, PR, hospitality programs, and others


Experience/Skills Required:


• Marketing or Business studies graduate
• +2 years work experience in Marketing (outdoor/Sportswear/Workwear industry is a plus)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & German
• Proficiency in using MS-Office. Good skills in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus. Strong presentation skills
• Having a holistic view & understanding of the importance of cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with digital & in-store customer campaigns
• Understanding of the retail and sporting goods environment
• Strong operational knowledge of Marketing tools and tactics and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives.
• Adaptable to changing demands and circumstances
• Partnership & event management experience; PR experience is desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced & hands-on environment, with ability to prioritize effectively
• Solid project management and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting

The role is a full-time position based in Munich, Germany (40 hours, hybrid model).
