**Marketing Specialist Continental Europe (M/F/d)**
**Location: Munich, Germany**
Helly Hansen is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to drive the planning and execution of trade marketing activities in Continental Europe, across both our Sportswear and Workwear divisions. Working closely with regional Marketing teams, Sales representatives, key customers & other stakeholders, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable sell-in & sell-through results. Within this role, you will also be the main regional contact for the HH Workwear organization and will be responsible for the development and implementation of Marketing strategies supporting the category growth objectives.
Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, Continental Europe
**Key Responsibilities: Trade Marketing (HH Workwear & Sportswear)**
- Act as a strong business partner to the sales team and the regional Marketing leads
- Build strong relationships with global & regional stakeholders, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives contributing to the commercial success of the region
- Be a key stakeholder in the seasonal “go to market” planning and support the local Marketing leads in developing and executing comprehensive localized Trade Marketing plans
- Support the organization and execution of local & regional trade shows, customer & consumer events
- Lead the development, localization, and distribution of marketing materials for tech clinics & staff trainings
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and compliance with brand guidelines across all Marketing materials and executions
- Execute all projects within budget guideline
**Key Responsibilities: Workwear Category**
- Build understanding behind the Workwear business and collaborate with the regional Marketing & Sales leads to develop strong Workwear Marketing plans in alignment with the global strategy
- Represent the Marketing needs of the Continental European region at large through active collaboration with the global Workwear organization
- Identify and establish relevant partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, ambassadors and influencers that can strengthen the Workwear brand in the region.
- Manage key regional brand partnerships & leverage them for asset generation & story-telling through earned media & owned channels, PR, hospitality programs, and others
**Experience/Skills Required**:
- Marketing or Business studies graduate
- +2 years work experience in Marketing (outdoor/Sportswear/Workwear industry is a plus)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & German
- Proficiency in using MS-Office. Good skills in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus. Strong presentation skills
- Having a holistic view & understanding of the importance of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with digital & in-store customer campaigns
- Understanding of the retail and sporting goods environment
- Strong operational knowledge of Marketing tools and tactics and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives.
- Adaptable to changing demands and circumstances
- Partnership & event management experience; PR experience is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced & hands-on environment, with ability to prioritize effectively
- Solid project management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
