Your mission

As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will be responsible for generating, qualifying and managing leads. You will ensure that our new customers are advised quickly and competently and, together with the sales team, contribute to increasing our turnover.  

You are highly motivated and want to become part of our Insides Sales team?  

Then here is your assignment:  

  • Identification, qualification and development of target customers  
  • Identification of decision-makers of the defined target customers   
  • Generating appointments for the key account managers of the respective region and supporting the interested parties  
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads to the key account managers  
  • Carrying out lead generation campaigns and reporting the results in the CRM system  
  • Support in the development of content for customer contact  
  • Working closely with and supporting the national and international sales and marketing team  

Your profile

  • First experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably in a software or technology company  
  • Inbound or outbound experience is desirable  
  • High level of initiative and motivation  
  • Professional appearance and good rhetorical skills  
  • Good service orientation, high social competence  
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs  
  • Initial experience in using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer data  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, additional foreign language skills are desirable  
If you have any further experience:  
  • in SaaS sales and  
  • with the BANT sales method to effectively identify
