Your tasks

Do you want to lead a dedicated team while ensuring excellent customer service? In close cooperation with the management from the headquarters, you will independently manage our service organization with 18 employees (m/f/d) in the South-West region (Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate). You will support and support our team in accordance with the strategic corporate goals and market development. Are you an organizational talent? Together as a team, you organize and monitor service processes, determine the necessary work and allocate resources based on the employees' special knowledge. Are you interested in project work? You will coordinate closely with the sales employees in the region about the projects to be worked on and at the same time have overall responsibility for the after sales area. Do you enjoy direct contact with our customers ? You put a smile on our customers' faces by, among other things, accepting new systems together with them. Are you interested in ensuring efficient processes ? In your role, you will constantly maintain and optimize our service processes and, among other things, you will be responsible for the profitability of spare parts stocks in the vehicle warehouses. Cooperative leadership is your strength ? With your know-how, you will instruct new employees, support your team on a professional and social level and identify training needs.
