Independent checking of customer orders and initiating the necessary corrections in direct contact with colleagues from Order Management. Preparation of export documents in accordance with the export and customs regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany and the EU and the import regulations in the countries, including the coordination of goods inspections by service providers. Checking freight papers and documents. Preparation of dangerous goods documents. Checking and signing off dangerous goods documents and checking packages after order to the authorised person for dangerous goods (bP). Placing the order and handing over the consignment and freight documents to the freight forwarder in accordance with KLM guidelines, dangerous goods regulations and packaging regulations. Coordination of delivery dates according to customer requirements through intensive and proactive communication with internal departments.
