ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Wir suchen dich als Sales Planning & Process Specialist (m/w/d), um unser Ziel zu erreichen, die größte Mountainbike-Marke der Welt zu werden. In dieser Position berichtest du direkt an den Sales Process & Planning Manager und bist verantwortlich für unsere YT Marketing-Bike-Fleet, dem Insider-Sale und bevorstehenden Vertriebsprojekten. Als Teil unseres Teams koordinierst du die europäische YT-Bike-Fleet für Kunden, Medien und Athleten. Du unterstützt auch andere Bereiche wie unsere Mills und das UK-Team. Verantwortung trägst du für  jeden Schritt im Marketing-Bike Lebenszyklus, vom Bestellen der kompletten Bikes über die Koordination der laufenden Wartung der Flotte mit der Werkstatt, bis hin zum Verkauf über unseren Insider-Sale. DEINE MISSION

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Vermarktung der Bike-Fleet.
  • Platzierst alle Bike-Bestellungen für den Einsatz bei PR, Rolling Circus, Mills und YT-Athleten.
  • Koordinierst die Marketing-Bike-Fleet während der Saison.
  • Stimmst dich mit der Werkstatt ab, um die Bikes aufzubauen und instand zu halten.
  • Trägst Verantwortung für die Koordination von Marketing-Bestellungen zwischen Marketing und Einkauf.
  • Planst die europäische Marketing-Bike-Fleet für die kommenden Jahre.
  • Unterstützt andere Abteilungen bei ihren Bestellungen.
  • Bist verantwortlich für den YT Insider Sale in Deutschland.
  • Unterstützt zukünftige Projekte innerhalb der Vertriebsabteilung.
  • Koordinierst bevorstehende Bike-Launches mit R&D, Einkauf, Werkstatt und Content.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen rund um MTBs, spezifischen Komponenten, Technologien und Entwicklungstrends
  • Service- und kundenorientierte Einstellung
  • Fähigkeiten in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Erfahrung mit SAP BusinessOne sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Herausragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
