Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um unsere DACHSER Platform
  • Schnittstelle zu unserer Produktentwicklung sowie Nutzern
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau der Wissensdatenbank und Supportdokumentationen
  • Interaktion mit unseren Kunden, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im technisch-orientierten Kundenservice z.B. im E-Commerce- oder SaaS-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsfreude in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
  • IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an neuen Medien und Digitalisierung von Vorteil
