Nationale und internationale (prä-)klinische Studien zu hochkomplexen Medizinprodukten sind der Schwerpunkt unserer Abteilung Center for Clinical Research.
Ihre Aufgaben
Administrative Unterstützung der klinischen Studienprojekte im Bereich Projektmanagement Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Studienunterlagen Organisation und Überwachung der Studienlogistik Unterstützung verschiedener administrativer und qualitätssichernder Prozesse Elektronische Dokumentenablage in IT-SystemenIhr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im Gesundheitswesen ( medizinische*r Fachangestellte*r, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Assistent*in im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen, medizinische*r Dokumentationsassistent*in, medizinische*r Dokumentar*in) Erste (Berufs-) Erfahrungen im Bereich Büromanagement von Vorteil Erfahrung mit elektronischer Ablage von Dokumenten erwünscht Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse PC-Kenntnisse, vor allem Beherrschung des MS-Office-Pakets insbesondere vertiefte Word- und ExcelkenntnisseWas wir bieten
