Unser Corporate Sustainability Team entwickelt ABOUT YOU’s Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie weiter und setzt diese mit um. Unsere Aufgaben umfassen die Arbeit mit rechtlichen Anforderungen, die Analyse von ESG Frameworks, die Entwicklung von Roadmaps und die Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern. Konkret arbeiten wir u.a. an der Reduktion von Treibhausgasemissionen, der Umsetzung der menschenrechtlichen Sorgfaltspflichten und der jährlichen ESG-Berichterstattung. Zusätzlich strukturieren wir alle Nachhaltigkeitsthemen innerhalb der Organisation und halten unseren Fortschritt anhand von vereinbarten KPI und Maßnahmen nach. Unsere Erfolgsfaktoren sind dabei die Arbeit mit Daten sowie die Führung interner Stakeholdern und externer Partner. Um Fortschritt zu erreichen, sind reibungslose Abstimmungen elementar.

Als (Senior) Project Manager Sustainability (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng am Kern unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie. Du wirst dabei Expert:in für die Übersetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen, Berichterstattung, Audits und ESG-Risikoanalysen. Du arbeitest mit diversen internen Stakeholdern wie unseren Sustainability Leads der Geschäftsbereiche, der Rechts- und Strategieabteilung sowie externen Partnern wie Auditoren und Dienstleistern zusammen, um unsere Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie weiterzuentwicklen. Dabei zeigst du am besten anhand von effizienten Analysen auf, wie wir mit geringem Ressourceneinsatz möglichst viel erreichen können.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unternehmerischer Sorgfaltspflichten zur Vermeidung von Menschenrechtsverletzungen und Umweltbeeinträchtigungen in unserem Unternehmen und unseren Lieferketten, konkret die Durchführung einer jährlichen Risikoanalyse, das Nachhalten der Umsetzung von Präventions- und Abhilfemaßnahmen, und die Berichterstattung

Programmmanagement unserer Sorgfaltspflichten in einer PMO-Rolle, dabei Leitung von Review-Runden, Terminkoordination sowie Vor- und NachbereitungFührung von jährlichen externen Textilstandard-Audits auf UnternehmensseiteProgrammmanagement erweiterter Herstellerverantwortung für Textilien, konkret die Klärung neuer rechtlicher Anforderungen aus unseren Märkten, Berichterstattung und die Entwicklung von PräventionsplänenWeiterentwicklung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie durch die verlässliche Übersetzung neuer rechtlicher Anforderungen auf unser Unternehmen, sowie die Umsetzung von Maßnahmenplänen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Risiken zu senken und Chancen zu nutzen

Anforderungen

Hochschulabschluss sowie mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sustainability

Erfahrungen als Projekt- oder Multiprojektmanager:in um vereinbarte Ergebnisse innerhalb einer Zeitleiste zu erreichen, dabei ist Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung oder einer anderen schnellen Arbeitsumgebung von VorteilErfahrungen in der Arbeit mit rechtlichen Anforderungen aus dem Lieferkettensorgfaltsplichtengesetz, ESG-Berichterstattung, in der Begleitung von nichtfinanziellen Audits (zum Beispiel Durchführung von Materialitätsanalysen), sowie von ESG-Risikoanalysen gemäß den Anforderungen in den United Nations Guiding Principles und der OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business ConductBegeisterung für die Arbeit mit Daten (Excel, Datenbanken, Dashboards) um daraus Erkenntnisse abzuleiten und für Transformationsprozesse zu nutzenFähigkeit unabhängig und auf sich selbst gestellt zu arbeiten, selbstständig Prioritäten zu setzen und Freude an effektiver Führung von Mitarbeitenden in unser ESG-MatrixorganisationAusgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
