Du hast Interesse an internationaler Personalarbeit und verfügst über interkulturelles Verständnis? Dann bist du in unserem Team genau richtig Die Betreuung der Auslandsniederlassungen gehört ebenso zu unserem Aufgabengebiet wie die Unterstützung von Expats und Impats.

Deine Aufgaben:

Organisatorische Betreuung befristeter Auslandseinsätze Beantragung von Bescheinigungen und Visa wie z. B. A1 oder E2, An- und Abmeldung bei Versicherungsträgern sowie Erstellung unterstützender Dokumente, bspw. Einladungsschreiben Unterstützung der HR-Global-Mobility-Referenten im operativen Tagesgeschäft Recherche zu länderspezifischen Informationen Mitarbeit in Projekten, Aufbereitung interner Informationen für unsere Wissensdatenbank und/oder Hilfe bei der Anpassung unserer teaminternen Prozesse

Die Aufgaben in unserem Global-Mobility-Team sind vielfältig – wir sind sicher, Dir in Absprache ein interessantes Paket schnüren zu können.

Notwendige Kenntnisse:

Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Business Administration, Psychologie, Jura o.ä., idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal / Human Resources Erste praktische Erfahrung im Personalbereich – idealerweise im internationalen Kontext Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für unsere internationale Arbeit, aber auch für den Umgang mit deutschen Behörden zwingend notwendig Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Gewünschte Kenntnisse:

Darüber hinaus solltest du keine Scheu vor dem Umgang mit Arbeits- oder sonstigen Verträgen haben. Auch das Interesse, die Grundzüge vom Aufenthalts- und Arbeitsrecht sowie Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht im internationalen Kontext kennenzulernen, sollte vorhanden sein.
