Sie managen Ihre Kunden und Projekte

Unterstützen der Key Account Manager bei der Entwicklung und Gestaltung neuer Produkte sowie der Weiterentwicklung einzelner Produkte, wie innovative Assistance Bausteine und Netzwerkoptimierungen Telefonische Betreuung von Bestandskunden bei einfachen Anfragen Vorbereiten des Reportings an Kunden und der Bearbeitung von Beschwerden Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung inklusive Dokumentation und interner Kommunikation Was Sie mitbringen Studium und/oder erste Vertriebserfahrung Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Grund-Einstellung  Herausragende Teamkompetenz kombiniert mit strukturierter, zuverlässiger und flexibler Arbeitsweise Sicheres kommunikatives Auftreten mit Durchsetzungsvermögen Sehr gute Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Standardanwendungen, MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) und Datenverarbeitungssystemen (CRM, CMS) Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, von Vorteil: Englisch
