Job Description

As Finance Business Partner, Stepstone, the Executive shall perform such duties and exercise such powers, authorities, and discretions in relation to the Company, its Subsidiaries and Associated Companies such as:

Key responsibilities:

Ownership of finance function for your areas of the business Responsibility and oversight of Monthly Management Accounts and setting up new processes and reports for your areas of the business Management of the department’s budgeting process, forecasting, and providing variance analysis, forming part of monthly reporting Business partner to senior management, become a key point of contact for the business. Preparation of senior management presentations, various performance reports and internal KPI packs Provide bespoke management information to enhance the commercial decision-making process Improve current reports as well as develop and create new reports for the broader business Work closely with local finance teams from across the global organization (across Continental Europe, UK and Ireland, and the Americas) to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and support internal and external audit process where required Work closely with local HR teams from across the global organization (across Continental European, UK and Ireland, and the Americas) to ensure resourcing requirements are met Ad hoc duties, support and analysis as required by the senior management team, including the Finance Director.

Qualifications

Robust financial modelling and insightful data analysis experience including the ability to build models & interpret data Driven self-starter, strong critical thinker & communicator with the ability to create meaningful & insightful reporting Proactive attitude, analytical skills, communication skills, very good organization of work, self-reliance Ability to understand priorities, excellent time management and skilled at working under pressure Experience of working within a SaaS, commercial & technology environment is an advantage Qualified accountant . +2 years PQE Excellent modelling, excel, TM1, Power BI & PowerPoint skills, Anaplan skills
