YOUR MISSION
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager sicher, dass der Store durch den effektiven Einsatz von kurz- und langfristiger Planung, Kostenkontrolle und erstklassigen Service kontinuierlich die Umsatz-, KPI- und Profitabilitätsziele erreicht oder übertrifft
  • Du gewährleistest eine konstant hohe Kundenzufriedenheit innerhalb des Stores gemäß unseren PUMA Werten und den etablierten Service Standards. Du bist verantwortlich für die akkurate Ausführung von Verkäufen, Umtausch, Rückerstattung, sowie Rabattaktionen) an der Kasse während du sicherstellst, dass alle Richtlinien eingehalten werden
  • Du unterstützt den Store Manager bei der Rekrutierung, Schulung, Entwicklung, Coaching, Motivation und Erhaltung von leistungsstarken und ergebnisorientierten Teammitgliedern
  • Du verwaltest und überwachst die Programme der Loss Prevention education and awareness; Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Loss Prevention und Operational Compliance innerhalb des Stores
  • Du prüfst und kontrollierst die Umsetzung aller Visual Guidelines Standards und gewährleistest eine konstant hohe visuelle Präsentation des Stores, die die PUMA-Standards erfüllt oder übertrifft
  • Du bist dazu bereit, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten auch an anderen Standorten innerhalb von Deutschland oder Europa anzunehmen

YOUR TALENT
  • 1-2 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem fokussierten, kundenorientierten Einzelhandelsumfeld (vorzugsweise Kleidung/Schuhe)
  • Leidenschaft für die Marke PUMA
  • Kundenorientierte, zuverlässige und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • Kommunikations-und Motivationsstärke
  • Starkes Organisationstalent und gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, Präsentationen vor großen Gruppen zu halten
  • Handelsgeschick und finanzielles Kostenbewusstsein
  • Computerkenntnisse, grundlegendes Know-how über MS-Office einschließlich dem Gebrauch von Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Internet
