Associate Strategy & Operations (m/w/x)

Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen Management-Beratungsprojekten im Bereich Strategie & Business Transformation und Operations / Industrial Management
  • Übernahme von einzelnen Arbeitspaketen innerhalb eines Projektes
  • Durchführung von Recherchen, Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Entwicklung von neuen Ideen und Erkenntnissen
  • Anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Projekte, u.a. Entwicklung und Implementierung von Geschäftsstrategien, Erarbeitung und Durchführung von Investitionsstrategien und Feasibility Studies, Aufnahme und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Umsetzungsbegleitung der erarbeiteten Maßnahmen etc.Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
Qualifikation
  • Absolventen und Berufseinsteiger mit einem überdurchschnittlichen Abschluss eines Masterstudiengangs im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Erste Berufs- und / oder Beratungserfahrung durch Praktika, Mitarbeit in einer studentischen Unternehmensberatung etc.
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie methodisches Fachwissen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Mobilität und der Wunsch, in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld zu agieren
