Summary:

Für den Bereich Manufacturing am Standort Leverkusen suchen wir ab sofort einen qualifzierten Process Engineer (m/w/d) Specialties.

Responsibilities Include:

Dein Aufgabengebiet

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionstechnologien im Spezialitätenbetrieb I.
Ferner unterstützt du bei der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Produktion aller im Betriebsbereich hergestellten Produkte gemäß der Absatzplanung unter Einhaltung einschlägiger gesetzlicher Vorgaben (Troubleshooting). Dabei sorgst du für ständige Optimierung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Kosten. Die operative Vertretung des Betriebsleiters in dessen Abwesenheit gehört ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich.

Projekte

Entwicklung von neuen Fertigungskonzepten auch in Kooperation mit internen- und externen Dienstleistern sowie die Analyse
und Auswertung von Prozessen; Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse Schnittstellensupport und technische Beratung bei Verhandlungen und Kommunikation mit Zulieferern, Einkauf und Instandhaltung Unterstützung bei der zeit- und budgetgerechten Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten im Bereich Sicheres Einführen neuer Produkte in den Produktionsmaßstab in Zusammenarbeit mit Product-/ Process-Technology Ermittlung von Maßnahmen und die Implementierung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Prozesssicherheit und zur Kostenreduktion
 

EHS

Unterstützung beim Aufstellen, Anpassen und Proben von betrieblichen Notfallplänen im Verantwortungsbereich (AGAB) Einhalten und Weiterentwickeln einer modernen Null-Toleranz Umgebung bzgl. Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei der Teilnahme an HAZOP Studien und SVA Maßnahmen
 

Qualität/Effizienz

Unterstützung beim Einhalten und Umsetzen einschlägiger Normanforderungen gemäß ISO 9001 und ISO 50001 Abstimmung mit den internen Schnittstellen-Funktionen bei Kundenanfragen und Mitwirkung bei Kundenaudits Überwachung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse auch durch methodische Anwendung von Lean- und
Six Sigma-Werkzeugen im Hinblick auf Effizienz, Qualität und Liefertermintreue Troubleshooting zur Sicherstellung von Mengen- und Qualitätszielen, Mitwirkung beim Einführen von Standards und Prozessen für
den Betrieb A13 sowie Ermittlung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Schlüsselkennzahlen zur Prozessstabilität und Effizienz

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemie/Chemieingenieurwesen/Verfahrenstechnik (Diplom/Master) Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer produktionsnahen Rolle in der chemischen Industrie; praktische Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierungen Erfahrung mit Projekten in der chemischen Industrie und Expertise im Schnittstellenmanagement (intern und extern) Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, hohes Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein Überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität; gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen Durchsetzungsvermögen in Verbindung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit die Mitarbeiter zu motivieren und ergebnisorientiert zu führen sowie hohe Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen Fähigkeit in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten und mit wechselnden Prioritäten umzugehen sowie ad-hoc Anforderungen zu bearbeiten; umsetzungs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude an einer Aufgabe innerhalb der Produktionsumgebung Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz; Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Gute schriftliche und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

Ausbildung zum Green Belt; Erfahrung mit HAZOP/PAAG Studien Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einer Matrix-Struktur Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, OSI
