Als Technical Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Betreuung, Analyse und Optimierung aller Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Löschanlagen verantwortlich. Die Aufgabe umfasst die Übernahme und Erfüllung der Unternehmerpflichten unter Beachtung der Betreiberverantwortung sowie den Anlagenbetrieb nach gesetzlichen, wirtschaftlichen, kundenspezifischen und standortbezogenen Vorgaben. Zu den weiteren Verantwortlichkeiten gehören die Sicherstellung und Überwachung von Wartungen, Prüfungen und Instandsetzungen sowie die Steuerung und das Controlling von eingesetzten Dienstleistern. Die Beratung unserer Kunden und unserer Bauabteilung bei der Durchführung von Projekten und Energiemaßnahmen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Sie sind in der Lage, einen störungsfreien und rechtskonformen Betrieb sicherzustellen, die Effizienz zu steigern und die Nutzerzufriedenheit sowie die Gebäudewerte zu erhalten. 

 
Das bringen Sie mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung oder einen Abschluss als staatlich geprüfter Techniker bzw. als Industrie- oder Handwerksmeister Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betreiben von Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Betreiberverantwortung im Facility-Management Sicherer Umgang mit CAD, CAFM, MS Office sowie SAP Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
