What you'll do
  • With your comprehensive understanding of the market, you'll develop the overall marketing & media strategy for Sky DE (Sky & Wow) and lead the quarterly & annual planning process
  • You'll be responsible for defining a clear consumer segmentation strategy for the German market, taking into account consumer needs, brand perception and targeting to deliver precise and actionable recommendations for the overall marketing mix and go-to-market strategy
  • Coordination and collaboration with leadership and marketing teams of both brands for all responsibilities is a big part of your daily business
  • In your role, you'll keep an eye on consumer dynamics, market intelligence & SOV forecasts
  • You'll also be responsible for providing strategic input in close collaboration with the Insights & Analytics team to develop customized solutions for Sky DE
  • You'll play a key role in implementing a clear process for marketing activity alignment & milestones to ensure all campaigns are measured effectively, including signed off briefs & agreed creative and media strategies
  • You'll be responsible for building & managing a high-performing team to ensure a clear strategic direction in the area of Marketing & Media
  • You'll support the marketing cost centers, including optimization & allocation
What you'll bring
  • You've a degree and at least 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Strategic work is your lifeblood and with your professional experience you've been able to acquire knowledge in the development of marketing & media strategies and planning processes and cross-departmental work is easy for you
  • In addition, you've acquired proven leadership skills for developing teams and have demonstrable skills in senior stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Above all, your ability to comprehensively analyse data and insights and formulate precise strategic recommendations sets you apart
  • Your problem-solving, focus on practical implementation and maximising marketing impact in complex organizations are among your strengths
  • You'd describe yourself as a team player (m/f/d) with a hands-on mentality, flexibility and solution orientation who can set clear directions and work independently
  • Confident collaboration with managers, as well as contributing ideas in matrix structures & efficiently adapting to changing business requirements are a matter of course for you
  • Good German and English skills round off your profile
