Deine Aufgaben
  • Skalierung: Du arbeitest mit Deinem Team daran den AOV für Neukunden und Bestandskunden im DTC Kanal signifikant zu steigern und so den CLV zu treiben.
  • Neue Wachstumskanäle: Du schaffst es mit kreativen Ansätzen neue Wachstumskanäle zu identifizieren und treibst damit das Neukundengeschäft im E-Commerce
  • Produktmanagement und -innovation: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produktmanagementteam zusammen, um sicherzustellten, dass die Produktentwicklung und - innovation mit den Marktbedürfnissen und der Markenstrategie übereinstimmen
  • Internationalisierung: Du bist für die Skalierung neuer Marktplätze und Länder verantwortlich, die uns maßgeblich bei der Erschließung neuer Märkte unterstützen sollen
  • Kollaboration: Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsführung, unserer Head of Marketing und allen relevanten Business Units und gemeinsam treibt ihr unsere Markenbekanntheit voran
  • 360° Kommunikation: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Marketingbotschaften und -inhalte konsistent sind und effektiv über alle Kanäle kommuniziert werden
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Skalierung von E-Commerce, oder DTC Brands
  • Du bringst mindestens 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von cross-funktionalen Teams mit und bist dabei kollegial und empathisch mit ausgeprägter Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Aufbau starker, datengetriebener Omnichannel-Kampagnen, die sowohl Akquise als auch Retention fördern (darunter Performance Marketing, CRM, Loyalty-Programmes, Testimonial-Kampagnen und Skalierung von Marktplätzen)
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft zu Produktinnovationen und konntest bereits Produkt- und Preisstrategien erarbeiten
  • Du hast eine Affinität zu Start-Ups und bist fasziniert von schnell wachsenden Geschäftsmodellen
  • Du strebst nach Herausforderungen und hast Lust happybrush zur Love Brand im Bereich der Zahnpflege zu machen
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
