Assistant Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Supporting the project manager in project planning, organization, and implementation as well as the business aspects. (Depending on the project needs, different areas of focus are set) Support or technical management of the resource planning process for the project as well as clarification of personnel requirements with the project management Support in the creation and maintenance of the project structure plan, work packages and associated agreements Structuring and maintaining project master schedules including customer and supplier schedules, critical path identification, milestone trend analysis, etc Deadline and major project actions control Support for risk and change management in the project Identify and analyse the project risks (Technical and Programmatic) with the team and follow up the agreed mitigation actions. Support in creating the cost-to-completion in collaboration with project controlling Organization of internal project review meetings Preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly progress reports to customers Support the organization of working meetings between all industrial core team partners Support of claim management and customer change request Support of all usual necessary project management activities (internal and external) in consultation with the project manager Development and maintenance of project management standards for all projects at OHB System Establishing and updating the Planisware (Project management tool)

Your Qualifications

Completed studies in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification. Experience in Project Management activities or project management Experience with common project management methods, MBA or IPMA certificates is a plus Experience in various projects in relevant project phases, preferable in space projects Confident use of MS Project and knowledge of the personnel requirements analysis tool Presentation skills Good analytical skills Good communication skills Enjoy working in a team Well organized way of working Proficiency in English language, German language skills would be an advantage
