Tasks and Qualifications:
Ihre Aufgaben:
Ihr Hauptaufgabengebiet liegt in der Identifizierung, Planung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen die das Kundenerlebnis sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit maßgeblich steigern. Weiterführend analysieren Sie durch Umfragen welche weiteren Verbesserungspotentiale sich Kunden wünschen und prüfen diese auf Umsetzbarkeit. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt hier in der Effizienzsteigerung des Ersatzteilgeschäftes durch Transparenz schaffende Arbeitsweisen und Informationsbereitstellungen sowie Simplifizierung von Arbeitsabläufen mit den Kunden. Sie können sich gut in die Sicht der Kunden versetzen und verstehen, was die Anforderungen an einen guten Kundenservice sind, haben Spaß daran neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen und Verbesserungen voranzutreiben. Durch Ihre nachhaltige Arbeitsweise stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher. Implementierung von vereinfachten, standardisierten und transparenten Incoming Channels auf EMEA-Ebene für den Bereich SP (u.a. Telefonanlage) Sicherstellung das Informationen zu Erreichbarkeit der Ersatzteil-Abteilung für alle Kunden einfach und schnell zu identifizieren sind (Maintenance der Webseite / Erstellung von Flyern etc.) Erweiterung des bestehenden Serviceportals mit weiterführenden Funktionen, die eine transparente Umgebung für den Kunden schafft, ihm eine Übersicht über seine mit Dematic abgewickelten Vorgänge bietet und die „Self-service“ Optionen für die Kunden erweitert. Lösungsentwicklung sowie Umsetzung zur transparenten und teilautomatisierten Bereitstellung von Preis,- Lieferzeit und Materialinformationen der Ersatz und Verschleißteile sowie Implementierung einer Warenkorbs Funktion (Interim Web Shop Lösung) Spätere Verantwortung als Projektleitung für die Ausrollung eines voll funktionalen Web-Shops für den Bereich Spare Parts. Leben eines Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess zur weiterführenden Steigerung des KundenerlebnissesIhre Qualifikationen:
Mindestens abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Customer Service Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP/R3 - SD / MM / WM sowie Erfahrungen im Arbeiten mit CRM-Systemen Sehr gutes allgemeines Verständnis zum Aufbau und Funktion diverser Softwaretools Fundierte, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, speziell Excel sowie Power Point Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit / Kommunikationsstärke Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch Ausgeprägter Servicegedanke Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Selbstständige, motivierende, zuverlässige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise Reisebereitschaft Organisationstalent, gute Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten runden das Profil ab-
