Aufgaben


Du bist zuständig für den Aufbau eines KI-gestützten KM-Systems. Dazu gehören: die Ermittlung des Bedarfs an Wissensgenerierung und weitergabe, die Entwicklung innovativer KM-Tools und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer KM-Prozesse. Du stärkst unsere Consultants im Projektgeschäft durch die Bereitstellung und die Unterstützung von Knowledge Management. Du konzipierst Tools mit Hilfe von künstlicher Intelligenz, um das Knowledge Management effektiv zu gestalten und den Umgang zu erleichtern. Du bist verantwortlich für die Wissensmodellierung, mit dem Ziel, komplexe Wissensfelder auf eine regelhafte Struktur herunterzubrechen und in KI-gestützten Anwendungen abzubilden. Du übernimmst die Verbreitung von relevanten KM Inhalten über verschieden interne Kanäle und führst KM Trainings für Kolleg:innen durch.

Profil


Du hast dein Studium im Fach Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Du konntest konkrete Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Knowledge Management-Systemen, insbesondere unter Nutzung von künstlicher Intelligenz sammeln. Erste Erfahrungen in der Schulung von Kolleg:innen sind von Vorteil. Du hast Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse, sowie in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z.B. Python, Java, R). Du konntest erste Erfahrungen in einer Unternehmensberatung sammeln. Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1 Niveau). Du erkennst Probleme und ergreifst Eigeninitiative. Ebenso arbeitest du lösungsorientiert und selbstständig.
