Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
Vorbereitung von Akquisitionen, Präsenz beim Kunden sowie Pflege von Kundenkontakten Bearbeitung von RFI / RFQ Vorgabe von Zielkosten und Zielterminen Erarbeitung strategischer Konzeptbeschreibungen und Preisindikationen sowie Erstellung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote Begleitung laufender Entwicklungsprojekte, Überwachung des technischen und kommerziellen Erfolgs der Projekte, Definition und Tracking geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung Businessplanung, Abstimmung und Sicherstellung der Serienbelieferung sowie Dokumentation Lenkung/Steuerung des Kunden in Richtung der Harman-Technologie-Roadmap bzw. Einbringen der Kundenwünsche in die Harman-Strategie Termin- und Leistungs- und Vertragsvereinbarungen mit dem Kunden sowie mit internen und externen Vertragspartnern erarbeiten und abstimmen. Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Change Requests inklusive Kundenfeedback Ansprechpartner für die Einkaufsabteilung beim Kunden auf Projektebene Projektübernahme vom Program Management nach SOP in der Serien- bzw. Maintenance-Phase unter Einbeziehung der Abteilungen Entwicklung, Qualität, Service, Produktion und Logistik Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Serienbelieferung Ansprechpartner für die Kundenlogistik Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interner Marketingabteilung sowie mit der Marketingabteilung des Kunden. Identifizierung von Businesspotenzialen und Erarbeitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Marktpräsenz Monatliches internes ProjektreportingDas bringen Sie mit:
Dipl.-Ing. Elektrotechnik, Informations-/Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang mit sehr guten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen, alternativ Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit sehr gutem technischen Wissen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Key Account / Projektmanagement der Automobilzulieferindustrie, Erfahrung im Car Audio Bereich ist ein klarer Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwenderprogramme insbesondere Powerpoint, SAP, ODA oder Procom Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift) erforderlich Reisebereitschaft (derzeit kleiner 20%)Was wir bieten:
