Your Role
As a People and Culture Manager within the Sales Excellence Team, you will be responsible for developing an upskilling target picture for all Partner with Customer roles.
You will work closely with our salespeople to identify standards and behaviors of a High-performance Sales Team. Based on that, you will collaborate with Talent Management to develop, deploy, and manage the competency and experience assessment framework as well as offering an adequate training curriculum.
Your Team
This role will support the Partner with Customer Organization in NA, EU, China, Japan, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a yearly strategy/roadmap for assessments and upskilling initiatives for the Partner with Customer organization.
- Collaborate with Talent Management to support the identification of knowledge gaps and areas for upskilling.
- Monitor assessment objectives and results.
- Design training curricula, adjust training content based on changing business needs, within time and budget constraints.
- Report on the impact of training programs.
- Maintain updated records of training material and curricula.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, sales, or customer-facing program management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Result-driven and self-organized.
- Ability to work with external and internal customers in all regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Native or business fluent in English.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or program management of infotainment/audio, telematics, and/or connected services.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced/high-pressure environment, while maintaining good relations.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, efficiently, and accurately from varying sources.
- Ability to take initiative, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Eligibility
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
