Deine Aufgaben- In dieser Position fungierst du als Hauptansprechpartner für Datenprojekte und bist verantwortlich für die umfassende Analyse und Auswertung von Unternehmensdaten bis hin zur Erschließung neuer Monetarisierungspotenziale sowie Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse.
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Ideation-Prozess rund um die Entwicklung effektiver, datengetriebener Monetarisierungsstrategien und Business Cases.
- Du übersetzt Interaktions- und Transaktionsdaten aus unseren Applikationen in zusammenhängende Nutzenpotenziale und schaffst damit sowohl Kundenmehrwerte als auch ein unternehmensweites, einheitliches Verständnis.
- Anhand gewonnener Erkenntnisse kannst du werthaltige Strategien und betriebliche Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten und unser Leistungsportfolio kontinuierlich weiter ausbauen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Stakeholdern aus den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen, verankerst und förderst ein datengetriebenes Arbeiten innerhalb unserer Organisation und entwickelst daraus Lösungen für spezifische Anwendungsfälle.
- Du lässt Prozessinformationen in Datenmodelle einfließen und optimierst somit unsere Business Prozesse.
- Zudem unterstützt du beim Aufsetzen eines Analysetools und bei der Entwicklung transparenter Dashboards für einzelne Stakeholder und Nutzergruppen.
- Du definierst und misst die Datenqualität und konzipierst Maßnahmen und Regeln zu deren kontinuierlicher Optimierung.
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsmathematik.
- Zudem konntest du bereits mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem Startup oder Beratungsunternehmen sammeln.
- Du hast nachgewiesene Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, einschließlich eines gründlichen Verständnisses für die Interpretation von Geschäftsanforderungen und deren Umsetzung in Datenprodukten.
- Mit Datenanalyse, Datenmanagement und Datenmodellierung kennst du dich aus.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen Datenanalysetools (z. B. PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) oder verwandten Tools bist Du vertraut.
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie dein lösungsorientiertes und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit und kannst komplexe Lösungswege verständlich darstellen
