Your tasks

Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate closely with suppliers specializing in E/E components and systems. Work together to define and meet requirements for system integration and validation. Requirements Management: Manage the flow down of system and component requirements to suppliers, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability. Facilitate communication between our engineering teams and suppliers and resolve any ambiguities or discrepancies.  Supplier Assessment: Evaluate potential E/E suppliers based on their Systems Engineering capabilities and ASPICE maturity, and track record in delivering high-quality automotive grade components. Participate in supplier audits and assessments to ensure alignment with our quality and process standards.  ASPICE and ISO Compliance: Ensure that supplier development processes comply with ASPICE requirements relevant ISO standards and regulations for Functional Safety and Cyber Security. Provide guidance and support to suppliers to help them achieve certification and compliance as needed.  Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to Functional Safety and Cybersecurity throughout the supply chain. Collaborate with suppliers to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures to enhance the safety and security of our vehicle. 

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field  proven experience in quality assurance or related roles within the automotive industry, with a focus on electrical/electronic systems development.  In-depth knowledge of automotive electronic components, embedded systems, software development processes, systems engineering principles, and quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ASPICE)  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct root cause analysis, and drive problem-solving efforts.  Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
