We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager with strong German language proficiency to join a prestigious client in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving and managing key projects for our esteemed client, contributing to their continued success and innovation in the field.
Support Digital Customer Experience Manager in general Project Management tasks, User Access Rights (UAR) transformation and related sub-project streams, that might become relevant in 2024 and beyond.
Location: Mainz, Germany
Workstyle: Remote (being at the office during orientation and based on the business need, he/she should be flexible to travel to the office for team meetings, workshops etc.)
Workpermit: EU citizen, German Blue Card etc. (no sponsorship)
Languages: Fluent in English and German is a must
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Be responsible, that UARs will be transformed in line w/new Roles and Responsibilities. Implement Controlling and improve workflow/documentation accuracy to ensure a sustainable change process over time. Be responsible for training teams on required changes.
• Develop a deep understanding of User Access Rights work across all required systems
• Support ramp-up of headcounts
• Responsible for testing
• Understand as is, required as should and gaps and further challenge the status quo if needed
• Pro-actively report status and actions to mitigate risks to the Digital Customer Experience Manager, escalate if needed
• Improve UAR documentation and workflow
• Ensure UAR training
• Data cleansing, automation and system integration
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
• PMP, Prince 2, Scrum Master Certification, SAFe Certification or equivalent
Experience:
8+ years relevant experience

• Fluent in German
