Als unser Product Manager IT bist du maßgeblich für die technische und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform verantwortlich, die auf einer modernen AWS-Umgebung basiert. Du bringst fundiertes technisches Wissen und analytisches Geschick ein, um Kundenfeedback und Marktanforderungen in konkrete Produktverbesserungen zu übersetzen und das Wachstum unserer Plattform nachhaltig zu fördern. Diese Position bietet dir eine spannende Möglichkeit, die Produktstrategie entscheidend mitzugestalten und langfristig in die Rolle des Product Leads hineinzuwachsen.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die technische und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform und stellst deren Stabilität und Funktionalität sicher
  • Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Produktverbesserung durch Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und übersetzt Kundenfeedback in die Produkt-Roadmap
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Development-Team zusammen und setzt technische Produktanforderungen gemeinsam mit ihnen um
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die technische Architektur der Plattform und bist in der Lage, den Betrieb im Notfall selbst sicherzustellen
  • Du führst interne Schulungen zur Plattformnutzung durch und bist Ansprechpartner*in für technische Fragen der Kunden und Partner
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam an der langfristigen Vision des Produkts zu arbeiten und schrittweise die Rolle des Product Leads zu übernehmen
Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist wohnhaft in Berlin
  • Du hast einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang (Master wünschenswert)
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Manager, technischer Lead oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle und hast idealerweise Entwicklungserfahrung im Full-Stack-Bereich (Backend und Frontend)
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in AWS, Node.js, JavaScript (React, React Native) sowie in der IT-Architektur mit
  • Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsteams oder in einer technisch orientierten Führungsposition
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind stark, und du kannst sowohl mit Kunden und Partnern als auch mit internen Teams sicher interagieren
  • Du bist technologisch auf dem neuesten Stand und bringst Wissen zu Markttrends und modernen Technologien wie KI mit
