Senior IT Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Product Development Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Tribe, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of ~800,000 clients across three brands. This includes the establishment of the BizBanking platform, development of digital sales and service processes, as well as automation of processes for this client segment.
**About the Role:**
As a Senior IT Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project governance, reporting, and compliance. You will work closely with agile teams to integrate multi-channel marketing solutions for Corporate Banking, alongside business and IT representatives. Your primary focus will be on helping Product Owners adhere to the strategic roadmap and achieving the vision of our Tribe.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will challenge existing processes, foster out-of-the-box thinking, and propose sustainable solution options.
- You will interact as an interface between our business and technology stakeholders, identifying and assessing requirements and critical dependencies, and highlighting them to management.
- You will document and maintain risk management and governance frameworks.
- You will work in an agile setup, providing feedback to improve our way of working.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A university degree with a scientific, technological, or business focus, or equivalent working experience.
- Solid experience in establishing new Marketing technology and platforms, preferably with the Adobe product line.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner, especially with the establishment of new products/platforms, gathering requirements from scratch, and establishing structures to maintain governance and communication cycles.
- Experience working in agile and larger organizational structures.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to interface with multiple teams and functions, and good communication skills, with fluency in German and English.

**Estimated Salary:** €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
