Aufgaben:
Aufgrund des zunehmenden Wachstums unseres Unternehmens sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Field Service Engineer (w/m/d) in Vollzeit im Großraum Bayern und Baden-Württemberg zur Verstärkung unseres Brachytherapie Teams in Deutschland. Unsere Field Service Ingenieure / Techniker sind das Herzstück unserer Arbeit bei Varian und zentraler Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Kundenerfahrung.

Ihre Aufgaben als Field Service Engineer:
Sie sind Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (Kliniken und Privatpraxen) im Bereich Installationen, Service und Reparaturen und stellen die einwandfreie Funktion unserer Brachytherapie-Bestrahlungssysteme sicher Sie sind verantwortlich für Aufrüstungen, bestellen notwendige Ersatzteile und planen eigenverantwortlich Ihre Einsätze Sie arbeiten aktiv mit dem Projektmanagement bei der Planung und Vorbereitung neuer Anlagen zusammen Sie sind Teil unseres EMEA Helpdesk Teams und betreuen unsere Kunden bei allen technischen Fragestellungen Sie stehen im engen Austausch mit dem Klinik- und Praxispersonal, um Fehler zu erkennen, zu beraten und im Bedarfsfall Geräteeinweisung durchzuführen Sie werten Maschinendaten mittels Softwareanalysetools aus und erstellen aussagekräftige Servicereports, Servicetickets und DokumentationenIhr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung oder Studium mit einem technischen Schwerpunkt (z.B. Elektro- oder Medizintechnik) Idealerweise Erfahrung im Strahlenschutz (Fachkunde S2.3) Erste Erfahrungen in der Wartung und Reparatur von elektronischen Geräten Erfahrungen im Umgang mit elektronischen Messgeräten zur Fehlerdiagnose Spaß an direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden vor Ort, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger regionaler und gelegentlich EMEA weiter Reisetätigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Gültige FahrerlaubnisUnsere Benefits für Sie:
